Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Please Note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Visibly worn items will not be accepted.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period under EU consumer law.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fashioncouture.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Fashion Couture is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
• Returns may take up to 7 working days to reach us, so please allow adequate time.
