Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Fashion Couture! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period under EU consumer law. To initiate a return, contact us at info@fashioncouture.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Fashion Couture is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
