Customs, Duties & Taxes

As our products are shipped from international suppliers, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges levied by UK or local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Fashion Couture has no control over customs processes and cannot predict whether charges will apply to your specific order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@fashioncouture.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that international shipping delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or postal disruptions.
