Finding the right size is key to getting the most out of your shapewear. Use the measurement guide and size charts below to find your perfect fit.
How to Measure Yourself
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Sizing Tips
- If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
- For waist trainers, size down for a firmer compression effect.
- All measurements are in inches. To convert to centimetres, multiply by 2.54.
